Amorphous Models of the Soul
A Collection of Poetry and Prose
Amorphous Models of the Soul.. a collection of Poetry and Prose.. by ajos.
The book is divided into three sections, each containing its own theme. The first section outlines the stages of a relationship, and details the actions of lovers from their first encounter to their last. Each poem, a labor of the heart, shows each step that they take together, in rich progression. The second section is a correlative collection of short stories, based upon the paintings of Christopher Sittel. Each story is drawn from the canvas and released upon paper, fired by imagination and evoked from the stimulus of each painting that it details. The paintings no longer exist in their original form, though they find rebirth through the stories, within these pages. Finally, section three has been compiled from fifteen collections of poetry by the author, giving light to his many stages of development and growth throughout his life.
