Hold my hand in the walk of passion
shone by the moon, share the deepest compassion
upon the fire when the world should look the other way
the heat of the fire burns within the two of us
we become the blazing surface of the sun
heated bodies and burning passion
that which we share so easily
We can never turn back to a time of more simplicity
as the fire consumes with too much intensity

and a copy of the poem will be written on the back of the artist's canvas.
